Find resources and support:

People with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families trust Advocates at The Arc Minnesota for information and personal support. Advocates at The Arc have the experience and knowledge to help you. When you contact The Arc by phone, email, or in person, we will connect you with an Advocate with expertise in your request. Most of the individual and family advocacy supports are offered at no cost. If you submit your questions online using the Ask An Advocate form, an Advocate will contact you, typically within one business day. You can also call our Help Desk
