Volunteer

It’s easy and fun to volunteer at Arc’s Value Village!

Hundreds of people volunteer at Arc’s Value Village stores every year. Each volunteer is essential to our success and contributes to our mission. Volunteers are also critical to store operations, helping keep costs low to generate maximum return and funding for The Arc Minnesota’s programs.

Help the Arc’s Value Village crew sort, organize and get items ready for sale. You’ll be unpacking donations; hanging and tagging clothes; putting price stickers on books, dishes and other hard goods; testing small appliances to make sure they work, and more.

Thrifting promotes environmental sustainability by lightening your impact as a consumer. Environmental change disproportionately affects people with disabilities. By purchasing items that already exist, you’re giving them a new life instead of sending them to a landfill, and making change in our communities.
