Regional Programs and Supports 


The Midstate Region provides the services listed below to residents in our region.  These services benefit individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down syndrome, Fragile X, and Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, as well as their families.


People living in the region and throughout Minnesota can access information, assistance, programs, and services provided by The Arc Minnesota for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.  For details, click here

Workshops and Training


Educational events and trainings located in the Midstate Region and statewide webinars are listed below.  The Midstate Region collaborates frequently with other area agencies on events throughout the year, including the annual Potpourri Conference in February.

  • Advocacy – Individuals who need assistance in navigating the complex maze of governmental, health care, and educational agencies.   • Public Policy – The Midstate Region supports statewide efforts to impact public policies that affect people with I/DD.
