How does the Help Desk work?

When you call our Help Desk, an Arc Minnesota staff member will answer. They will talk to you about your situation, goals, options, and a way forward. If our staff is unable to help with a situation directly, we’ll connect you with one of our trusted partners.

If you call the Help Desk and no one answers your call, please leave a message and we’ll return your call as soon as we can.

You are still able to submit a request for support on our website with our Ask an Advocate form or use our Frequently Asked Questions to quickly find resources on your own.

Our goal is for our Help Desk model to be accessible and equitable to all Minnesotans with IDD and their families. If it isn’t, we want you to let us know!
