Speed Dating with an Elected Official
This event is designed to create a fun, welcoming, and accessible opportunity for people with disabilities and community members to connect directly with elected officials and candidates through short, meaningful conversations over dinner. A free dinner will be provided for all participants and guests. Our goal is to help build relationships, encourage civic engagement, and create space for authentic conversations about issues impacting our communities.

We currently have 6 elected officials and candidates confirmed, and I expect that number to grow to around 10 participants by September. The event will be casual, interactive, and nonpartisan, with the hope that all attendees leave feeling more connected, informed, and empowered.
