Active Challenge: 7 Workout Videos and Apps for You

Being active can be anything you think “getting active” means. Self-advocates part of The Arc Minnesota’s Connect Group created a fun list of free workout videos and an app people can use as part of our Active Challenge or incorporate into their daily lives! 

Stay hydrated during your workout by drinking plenty of water, and take breaks when you need to.

Richard Simmons is an exercise icon. He has fun and funky videos to help you get active. Chair workouts, dance videos, 5-minute work outs and more give you a variety of options to choose whatever fits your schedule and mood!
