An event every month that begins at 12:00 pm on day Fourth of the month, repeating until Wednesday November 25, 2026

Are you a parent of a young adult with a disability transitioning out of high school? Moving from school supports to other supports is a whole new world; and we are here to discuss it all. Parents can join this group to discuss transition programs, employment and daytime supports, government benefits, guardianship, or anything else on your mind related to transition.  

This group is statewide and held virtually over Microsoft Teams. 

Date & Time: The 4th Wednesday of every month noon-1pm 

Location: Virtual Event through Microsoft Teams 

Audience: Parents of people who have disabilities transitioning out of school.
