Planning for Life After High School: My Next Steps

LEARN from recent graduates about living and working in the community with a disability. 

MEET with advocacy groups to learn about tools and resources.  The Arc Minnesota will have an exhibit table with resources and information.

ASK a panel of recent graduates, county social services staff, and advocacy groups about how community-based services can help people with their community life and employment goals, and how to access those services.  Melinda Shamp of The Arc Minnesota’s A Working Life Alliance will be one of the panelists.

 

Register online; registration deadline is Thursday, May 10.
