We are partnering with an organization named Rise to pilot a new parent support group!
It is for parents to discuss and help each other overcome concerns and barriers to employment. Members will discuss how to support their adult children with disabilities in their employment journey.
Specific topics will vary based on support group members’ interests.
Date & Time: The 3rd Wednesday of every month at 6pm
We will have three sets of this group in 2025:
- January-April
- May-August
- August-November
Location: Virtual Event through Microsoft Teams
Audience: Parents of people who have disabilities
